Our Lands & Waters Foundation is recognized as a valued resource and advocate for the USACE Missions, including flood damage reduction, water supply, hydropower, transportation, natural resources management and recreation (which vary on a per project basis). Through the Foundation’s leadership, the public will be provided enhanced public lands, recreational opportunities, as well as increased management of our natural resources.

Priorities
Recognizing the pressure that increased funding limitations are having on USACE managed public lakes and waterways, The Foundation's priorities are to nuture partnering opportunities between USACE and appropriate groups, individuals to build awareness
of the need for public support and stewardship.

Our Lands & Waters Foundation is a non-profit foundation established to upgrade and enhance the aging facilities on the lakes managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Opportunities for the Foundation include educating constituents about the mission, services and amenities of the projects, enhancing stewardship, and securing partners for facility development along the lakes.
